e-PMS is a web-based electronic National Project Monitoring System managed by the Department of Foreign Aid and Budget Monitoring of the Ministry of Plan Implementation to keep track of the progress of all foreign funded development projects and programmes implemented by the government and it helps to provide timely information to the policy-makers to improve accountability, transparency and good governance.

The system is updated on-line by the Project Directors on a monthly basis. As a user friendly system, it captures information at source related to financial progress, physical progress, results, key issues and constraints in the implementation of projects and thereby helps to expedite project implementation.

The e-PMS covers on-going and new projects as well as completed projects. The system has 12 modules which include Project Profile, Project Log Frame, Monthly Financial Report, Activity Monitoring Report, Cash flow Requirement, Monthly Reimbursable Foreign Aid (RFA), Loan Covenant, Procurement Monitoring, Report on Major Issues, Component wise Financial Progress, Project Review Report and Public Comments.
